– How do you buy?
It is very easy to buy products on Model Victoria’s website. When products are displayed, there is a button named “buy”. Once you identify the product you are interested in, click on this button and it will be added in your shopping cart.
– Shopping cart
In the shopping cart you can modify the quantity of items, or delete any inappropriate item, using your keyboard and then clicking on the button “modify cart”. You can keep on purchasing consulting the catalogue and adding new products.
– How do you place an order?
Once you have checked the shopping cart and its contents, click on “checkout” and fill in the frame below the list of items (we suggest to print it and keep it). Now you can choose what method of payment you prefer to use (Paypall, credit card or offline payment). Offline payment is suggested if you can’t pay with Paypal and you will use an another method payment. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order with the order status.
-Prices
All prices appearing in Model Victoria’s website include VAT.
-Delivery schedule
Orders are carried out on average within 2 working days. Customers are immediately informed about possible delays.
-Guarantee Plus
Model Victoria’s products include an additional guarantee. Therefore, if:
– pieces are lost,
– pieces are missing already in a new box,
– pieces are broken for mishandling or external reasons,
– pieces are broken already in a new box,
the company Model Victoria, upon request, will replace the piece, or pieces, to the customer for free, with no charges.
When submitting your request, please describe the reason why the piece was lost or broken, where possible.
